Booking and payment
How do I book a car?
Choose a car in the catalog, select dates and services and press “Send a request”. You can call +375 (29) 697-74-00 or write on WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or Max. The manager will confirm availability and price.
How is the cost calculated?
The price is per day and depends on the model and period: the longer the rental, the lower the price. Rates are available for 1, 2 – 3, 4 – 6, 7 – 14 and 15+ days. On the car page the calculator shows the total with extra services and the deposit.
When and how do I pay?
The rental and services are paid when you pick up the car. The deposit is paid at the same time and returned on return.
Driver and documents
What are the driver requirements?
Age 23 or older and at least 2 years of driving experience. If a second driver will be behind the wheel, they are added to the contract.
Which documents are required?
Passport and driving licence.
How long does the paperwork take?
The rental paperwork takes about 10 minutes.
Deposit
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 200 BYN for Belarusian citizens and 300 BYN for foreign citizens. For the business class the deposit may be higher; the manager will confirm the amount.
When is the deposit returned?
The deposit is returned when the car is returned in the same condition in which you received it.
Pickup and return
Where can I pick up a car for free?
At our office at 9 Petra Mstislavtsa St. (Dana Center) from 09:00 to 20:00. Pickup and return at this time are free.
How much does car delivery cost?
Delivery in Minsk (address, hotel, station) costs 40 BYN from 09:00 to 20:00 and 140 BYN outside working hours. Delivery to Minsk-2 Airport costs 80 BYN by day and 180 BYN outside working hours. Pickup and return at the office outside working hours (20:00 – 09:00) cost 100 BYN. The out-of-hours surcharge is added to the delivery price.
Where can I return the car?
At the office, the airport, the railway station, a hotel or an address in Minsk. The price depends on the place and time and is the same as for delivery.
Travel abroad
Can I take a rental car outside Belarus?
Yes, but tell us about the trip when booking. The “Travel outside Belarus” service is paid: 80 BYN.
How far in advance should I tell you about the trip?
Better when booking or no later than a day before the trip, so that we have time to prepare the documents.
Fuel and mileage
What about fuel?
The car is handed over clean with a full tank. Please return it in the same condition.
Is there a surcharge for extra mileage?
Mileage is unlimited: 350 km per day is included free of charge and is added up over the whole rental period. Extra km: 0.15 – 0.20 BYN per km (depends on the car).
Accident
What should I do in case of an accident?
Do not move the car, call the traffic police and call us right away on +375 (29) 697-74-00. The manager will tell you what to do next.
